I had a great experience and would recommend HBSB to anyone who does not want to sell their home the traditional way. I had a total of three visits to my house including the consultation as opposed to dozens of people coming through on the weekends and random times. It was a very simple process ( Similar to what you hear advertised with some of the other larger companies but it actually was easy). We closed on the exact day we initially agreed upon and communicated on the phone and via text up until close. I am rating them 5/5 stars but would easily give them another star or two!
