Frequently Asked Questions

You probably have a few questions. Most people have a few questions on their mind when they call us.

Below is a collection of the questions that people ask us most often. And our answers follow each question. But if your question is not below, then don’t hesitate to contact us (or give us a call). We’ll be glad to answer any question you have.

Q:  Are you actually listing my house on the MLS or buying it?
A:  Good question. We are licensed agents, but we don’t want to list your house. We want to give you an offer to buy your house. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses all around Phoenix and the surrounding areas that meet our purchasing criteria. We have our own funds ready for us to find another house to purchase.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Of course we do. If we did not, then no one would sell us their house. Many of the houses we purchase are below market value because they require repairs, updating, or remodeling. Our crews take care of all that work so you do not have to do it or pay a contractor to do it. That way you can sell your house faster even when it needs repairs. If you are looking for a fast and smooth transaction that does not drag on for countless months, then we are probably a great fit.

If you want a reasonable offer today, then just call us. We want to give you an offer that works for you right now.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  You’ll find out that we are very straightforward. We are open about how we do business.  And we don’t mind explaining our buying process.

Before we give you an offer, we have to look at certain facts. Where is the property located? What have other houses been selling for recently in that neighborhood? What repairs are needed? What’s the current condition of the property?

After we get answers to those questions, we can give you a fair and reasonable offer to buy your house. We try our best to craft an offer that will help get you where you want to be.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A:  No. we do not charge you any fees or commissions when we buy your house. We’ll make you a fair offer. Then if you accept it, we’ll probably pay for the closing costs too. We usually do. We try to make your house selling experience as smooth as possible. That includes reducing the typical costs. We like creating offers that are no hassle and no fees and no more waiting. That’s why we take on more risk and take on any repair projects that have to be done. We want to give you an offer that makes it easy for you to get out of your stress. Them you can get your life back.

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A:  Real estate sales agents make a living from commissions. That means that they will make a percentage of how much your house sells for.

On the other hand, we do not make any money until we fix and repair the house and then find another buyer to buy it. And that requires us to pay a lot more money before we ever make any money. Frankly, you get the immediate benefits of cash and hopefully we make money much later.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A:  No obligation. You will not be obligated to accept our offer. You will not be pressured. You will not be hassled. You will not be charged any fees. You will not be asked for a credit card. Of course, we will always answer any questions that you have – now or after we give you our offer. And we want to give you a fair offer that meets your needs. But we won’t hassle you about it.
