Q:  Are you actually listing my house on the MLS or buying it?
A:  Good question. We are licensed agents, but we don’t want to list your house. We want to give you an offer to buy your house. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses all around Phoenix and the surrounding areas that meet our purchasing criteria. We have our own funds ready for us to find another house to purchase.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Of course we do. If we did not, then no one would sell us their house. Many of the houses we purchase are below market value because they require repairs, updating, or remodeling. Our crews take care of all that work so you do not have to do it or pay a contractor to do it. That way you can sell your house faster even when it needs repairs. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  You’ll find out that we are very straightforward. We are open about how we do business.  And we don’t mind explaining our buying process.

Before we give you an offer, we have to look at certain facts. Where is the property located? What have other houses been selling for recently in that neighborhood? What repairs are needed? What’s the current condition of the property?

After we get answers to those questions, we can give you a fair and reasonable offer to buy your house. We try our best to craft an offer that will help get you where you want to be.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A:  No. we do not charge you any fees or commissions when we buy your house. We’ll make you a fair offer. Then if you accept it, we’ll probably pay for the closing costs too. We usually do. Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
